These are some screenshots taken during an online virtual workshop about ambiguity.

The ambiguity workshop was hosted on November 14, 2020 on Zoom. We had Dr. Shauna Smith come in and talk about ambiguity and how it affects agency for makers. This made me realize that a lot of makers are hesitant to engage in certain maker activities because of fear and uncertainty. This will diminish the confidence in makers, and it makes them very uncomfortable. During this workshop, we all discussed about how to combat this ambiguity and build more confidence in ourselves as well as others when it comes to making. I learned that once I am able to figure out where the uncertainty is coming from, I am able to empower other people as well as myself to be more comfortable engaging in making and their creative process. Personally, most of this comes from being comfortable in my own vulnerability in the process.
